Meet the Board & Staff

Lee April, President
Joined Coastal Concerts on April 24, 2020


Lee and his wife lived in Virginia for 36 years prior to retiring and moving to Lewes in 2019.  Prior to his retirement, Lee was fortunate to enjoy a 42-year career in the hotel industry, most recently as a Director with Extended Stay America where he oversaw 40 hotels in the Washington, DC area.  He was also a member of the ESA Marketing Committee for two years during his 18-year tenure.  Lee graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, was on the Virginia Hotel/Motel Association Board of Directors, served as Treasurer for the Lake Ridge Chorale Board of Directors, and served on the Coastal Club Advisory Board for four years. Volunteer Work: Lee sings with the Encore Creativity Chorale for older Adults in Lewes and Berkshire Choral International based in Massachusetts. Lee also had previously held the positions of Secretary and Vice President.

Daniel Bruner, Board Secretary
Joined Coastal Concerts on July 21, 2023


Daniel and his spouse, Tim Beymer, moved full-time to Rehoboth Beach in January 2021, after living for more than 40 years in Washington, DC. Born in San Antonio, Texas, Daniel received his B.A. from Rice University and a law degree and Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. He practiced law for more than 40 years, mostly with Whitman-Walker Health and the Whitman-Walker Institute. There, he advocated for HIV and LGBTQ public health policy and represented people facing discrimination in health insurance, privacy and other issues. His love of music spans many decades. In recent years, he has been studying recorder and Baroque flute with noted performer and teacher Heloise Degrugillier, and has played with amateur recorder groups in Washington, DC, Lewes and Salisbury, Maryland. Besides Coastal Concerts, his current volunteer work includes service on the Board of Directors of the American Recorder Society, and policy advocacy with CAMP Rehoboth.

Mirella Gable, Director
Joined Coastal Concerts on July 19, 2025


Mirella Gable is a passionate horn player and educator who moved from Oklahoma City to Milton in 2024. She now leads the band programs at all five Cape Henlopen elementary schools, where she's thrilled to support outreach performances, masterclasses, concerts and music education. Mirella holds a Master of Music in Horn Performance from Wichita State University and a Bachelor’s in Applied Music and Music Education from the Eastman School of Music, where she also earned the prestigious Performer’s Certificate.

Her career has been full of exciting experiences, from teaching at universities across Oklahoma and Kansas to performing professionally with orchestras including the Lake Placid Sinfonietta, Oklahoma City Philharmonic and Wichita Symphony. Mirella has also played for Broadway touring companies, ballet and opera productions and chamber ensembles nationwide. Locally, Mirella performs with the Southern Delaware Orchestra (Sodelo), Delaware Winds and subs with the Delaware Symphony. Whether she’s coaching young musicians, designing engaging curricula, or performing in a quintet, Mirella brings energy, creativity and heart to everything she does. She especially loves inspiring the next generation of musicians and making music accessible, exciting and fun for everyone.

Lynn Godino, Director
Joined Coastal Concerts on June 19, 2025


At an early age, Lynn discovered a passion for the performing arts, and through the years has contributed as both a performer and a leader in the arts community. She has experience in choral music, regional theater and as a lead vocalist in regional bands. Most recently, she spent more than a decade with the Lake Ridge Chorale in Woodbridge, Virginia, where she performed as a vocalist and percussionist, and served as a board member, president, general manager and chair of publicity and marketing. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Prince William County Arts Council, where she received the Seefeldt Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award in 2022. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Lynn has an academic and professional background in museum anthropology, which culminated with a research position at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of the American Indian.

In May 2023, Lynn and her husband, Mark, embraced a new chapter of their lives by relocating to Lewes, where she remains committed to serving and enriching the arts community in her new home.

Ann Osterdale Rosenblum, Director
Joined Coastal Concerts on November 21, 2024


Ann Osterdale Rosenblum is Chair of the Coastal Concerts’ Program Committee. She is an avid musician, with expertise on the flute, piccolo, alto flute, piano and classical guitar. As a flutist, she soloed with the Detroit Youth Symphony and various other orchestras, bands and chamber music and flute ensembles.  She has participated in Master Classes with Jean Pierre Rampal and James Galway, studied with the principal flute of the New York Philharmonic and Detroit Symphony. She has also taught all levels of flute for more than 30 years. She practiced law in New York City and New Jersey before giving birth to twins.  She is currently the Executive Vice President, Arts Management and Publicity, of GSI in Summit, New Jersey, where she is responsible for negotiating contracts for artist performers, recording agreements, and publishing contracts. Ann has also directed conferences at The Julliard School and Carnegie Mellon University. Ann earned her JD from the University of Michigan, School of Law, as well as a Business Degree in marketing and finance after having majored in flute performance at the same university.

William Wolff, Vice President
Joined Coastal Concerts on July 19, 2024


Bill served as the CEO of the LaSalle School, a Residential Treatment Center and comprehensive child and family services agency in Albany, NY, for adolescent youth experiencing significant challenges at home, in their community and in school. He was employed by LaSalle for 32 years, and served as CEO for 23 years, until his retirement in March of 2018. While at LaSalle, Bill served on numerous statewide and national boards, multiple select committees, task forces and other work groups related to education, lobbying, and legislation involving the care of youth and families. Bill has Masters Degrees in both Special Education and Organizational Management. Bill currently serves as a Commissioner on the Lewes Planning Commission. He and his wife, Leslie, live in Lewes and both volunteer with various organizations in the area.

Peter Zoll, Treasurer
Joined Coastal Concerts on April 1, 2025


Peter was raised in Washington, D.C., graduating from Woodrow Wilson High School and then getting degrees at Brandeis University and The George Washington University in economics. He worked for 30 years for the Inter-American Development Bank. Upon returning from that posting, he became the head of a group that managed the Bank’s liquid portfolio, a change that led him to working in Frankfurt, London and Geneva as Director of portfolio management for large international banks. Ten years. later he returned to the United States as a consultant. In 2013, he retired to Coastal Delaware where he became involved with several institutions in the state.

Peter was a docent at the Udvar-Hazy center of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, and and later at the Air Mobility Command Museum in Dover. In addition to Coastal Concerts, Peter has served on the Board of Delaware Humanities, and currently is a board member of the History Book Festival, the Jewish Historical Society of Delaware, and Seaside Jewish Community.

Carol A. Dennis, Executive Director
Joined Coastal Concerts in April 2018


Prior to assuming her role at Coastal Concerts, Carol spent more than 30 years in the healthcare arena in human resources, training, learning and organizational development. Educational highlights include an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, BS in business from Towson University and post graduate training in Executive Leadership at Georgetown University. She previously worked for Sheppard Pratt Hospital, MedStar Health System, the American Red Cross and T. Rowe Price. Her HR experience includes Organization Development, Executive Coaching, Training and Development, Mentoring and Succession Planning. Prior to moving from Baltimore to Delaware in 2016, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Asbury Communities, in Gaithersburg, Maryland. While there she managed the HR function for the Corporate Office, and five locations nationally totaling over 3,500 employees. Carol lives in Lewes, and spends her spare time with her family who followed her to Delaware in 2017. She enjoys boating, cooking and listening to all types of music.

Bree Johnson, Executive Assistant
Joined Coastal Concerts in February 2025


Bree Johnson has over 13 years of recruiting and HR experience and is currently working remotely as a Recruiting Operations Analyst in addition to her role with Coastal Concerts. She, along with her husband and two toddlers, relocated to the Frankford area two years ago to be closer to family and the beach! She grew up in New Jersey and lived in the New York City/Westchester County area for 11 years. Bree graduated from Towson University with a degree in Law and American Civilization and a minor in Political Science, graduating with Honors and a publication in the Pre-Law Journal.

Rachel Swick Mavity, Marketing Consultant
Joined Coastal Concerts in January 2024


Rachel Swick-Mavity started her career as a print journalist, winning several awards for environmental, health and government reporting before transitioning into healthcare marketing with Beebe Healthcare. She currently works as the digital communications director for Aquacare Physical Therapy, is the content coordinator for Lewes Neighbors magazine and Rehoboth Beach Living, and runs Rachel Swick Mavity LLC, a freelance marketing agency where she provides public relations, social media, graphic design, and website creation for a broad array of clients in Delaware and beyond.
