Ticket Policies and FAQs


Every attempt will be made to hold concerts as scheduled.  However, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally crop up. 


Caring for the safety and well-being of our patrons, artists and staff has been and always will be Coastal Concerts’ most important priority. Our team is working diligently behind the scenes to work with federal, state and local officials, while actively supporting the artists and venue as we determine how best to proceed in providing a safe environment for all. In the event of a concert cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification (see below), we will communicate with you as soon as possible prior to the scheduled date. Changes to our concerts, additional ticket sale, etc.,  will also be noted here on our website and Facebook page.  


In addition, while we do our best to know what music selections are going to be on the program, performers retain the right to modify the music selections noted in Coastal Concerts' Program Booklet.


Please note that  there has been a minimal increase in ticket prices this year to cover increases in artist fees, piano rentals, and venue costs.


Refund Policy


Ticket sales are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend a concert that you have purchased tickets for, we ask that you consider sharing you tickets with a friend, or neighbor who would enjoy the opportunity to see the concert. 

Cancellation Policy

Contractual and financial commitments for each performance are made by Coastal Concerts months if not years in advance. In the event unforeseen conditions (for example, inclement weather) require cancellation of a performance, Coastal Concerts will provide a refund or credit for the ticket purchase price provided the performer concurs with Coastal Concerts that the conditions warrant waiver of the parties' contractual obligations.  If the concert was canceled, there’s nothing you need to do. Coastal Concerts will automatically refund the full cost of the ticket to the original purchaser’s method of payment used at time of purchase.  Please note that you should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days.


No refund or credit can be issued if Coastal Concerts and the performer are unable to reach such concurrence and Coastal Concerts is legally obligated to pay the Performer.

Postpone and Reschedule Policy

If a concert is postponed and rescheduled, we will work with the artists, agents and the venue to identify a new date and we will contact you as soon as we have confirmation.  At that time, if you have any questions or concerns, you’ll be able to reach out to Coastal Concerts for assistance.


Concert Modification Policy

We plan to present our world-renowned performers in a manner that will keep you, our patrons, musicians, volunteers and others safe by conducting our concerts activities in accord with state and regional COVID-19 protocols.  


Coastal Concerts may need to require social distancing protocols, limit attendance and/or LiveStream the concert. We will communicate any changes, including if any refunds will be honored, as soon as possible prior to the scheduled date. Changes to our concerts will also be noted here on our website and Facebook page.
