Coastal Concerts to perform at Bethany Beach library

BETHANY BEACH -- "Music Over Manhattan," a performance about finding one's own special talent, is scheduled to take place at 10 a.m. on April 5 at the South Coastal Library on Kent Avenue. "Music Over Manhattan," written by Mark Karlins and illustrated by Jack E. Davis, tells the story of young Bernie who lives in the shadow of his cousin, Herbert. After Uncle Louis teaches Bernie how to play the saxophone, he becomes "Background Bernie," and an instant star.
